Treat your driveway like a king and put a crown on it!
 

Most rural driveways wash out because of poor draining. By putting a 'crown' on it, you prevent this from happening. Crowning a driveway means creating a high point that runs lengthwise along the center of the road. Either side of this high point is sloped away from the center towards the outer edge.
